We deliver the largest part of our range from stock. In addition to the products we choose from stock, we offer a wide range of brands. We would like to inform you about the availability of our products. With each product you can check whether it is in stock or not at the size level. Because of the good relationships we have with our suppliers, we can order directly from the warehouse and have the largest part of the assortment within a very short time. To inform you as best as possible of this, you will see the delivery time after the size:

The products where there is no delivery time behind the size are available within 24 hours. (shipping only on working days, deliveries on Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday and Saturday).

If a product is not in stock then the average delivery time is behind the size! This status indicates that the product is ordered from the supplier. (the number of working days starts from the moment of ordering, if on a (working) day before 10.30 am is ordered).

For all orders there is a fixed rate of € 6.90, where we send orders above 75 euros for FREE.

If the product is not to your liking, you can return your order.

Shipping methods

After receiving the payment the package will be sent as soon as possible. It is possible to provide a different delivery address than your home address. Our shipping partners deliver your order on workdays and on Saturdays between 08.00 and 16.00. The delivery person makes an attempt to deliver the order to you, if no one is present then the package will be delivered to the nearest Post Office. You will receive a notification in your mailbox with instructions on how to pick up the package. If you do not collect the package within 2 working weeks, it will be returned to us.

Confirmation mail with Track & Trace code

After your order has been packed by our employee, the system automatically sends you an e-mail with shipping information. Here you will find the delivery address – for inspection – but more importantly: the barcode of the package. You can follow the instructions from this e-mail to follow your package up to delivery.

Part delivery

If you place an order with us that consists of different products, it sometimes happens that you receive this order in parts. So: first the one product (or products) and some time later the next product (or products). This only occurs when a delivery time of one of the products causes a delay, as a result of which you do not receive the remaining part within the set term.
We do not send the products in advance if it is known when ordering that a part is not in stock. Please take this into account when placing your order.

Courier Parcel service

All our orders are sent as a package with a track & trace code or as a mailbox with barcode. Unfortunately, we can not indicate delivery times. Your package can therefore be offered throughout the day. You can trace the package and often see the time frame.
